I've had nothing but trouble with them, and I just found out they haven't been telling me about contributions for the last six months. They also led me to believe money wouldn't be charged unless I 'accepted' it (which also turns out to be false), and they won't let me 'accept' it unless I get a credit card or bank account. So I've been ignoring it and assuming no one was contributing, for whatever reason. I don't know how to resolve it unless they'll relax their validation policy...
